My Teaching Experience

A little about me

Find out more about my teaching experience below:

I am a fully-qualified teacher and I have taught English from Year 7 to GCSE level for 18 years – during that time, I also qualified as a Special Needs Co-Ordinator (SENCo).

I have worked in one of the top secondary schools in Milton Keynes as well as one of the most challenging, including two years leading the English Provision in one of the city’s Pupil Referral Units.

Over the past four years, I have opted to work part-time in school and build a tutoring service alongside and the number of students seeking my help has grown steadily.

I have an enhanced DBS and am fully insured.
